These terms apply when you use Doodle Dodge, a game provided by Oiika Inc. By playing the game or using Doodle World, you agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully.

Playing Doodle Dodge

Oiika Inc. gives you a personal, non-transferable right to install and play Doodle Dodge for non-commercial entertainment. You may not interfere with the service, attempt to access another player's account, manipulate public scores, or use a public Doodler name to impersonate, threaten, harass, or share personal contact information.

Doodle World

Doodle World is optional. Guest play remains available without an account. Public Doodler names and World Board results may be visible to other players. Oiika Inc. may hide or remove names, scores, or accounts that violate these terms, compromise the service, or create a safety concern.

Supporting SickKids

Doodle Dodge includes an optional external link to the Doodle Dodge fundraising page hosted by SickKids Foundation. Donations are completed directly with SickKids Foundation outside the app. Oiika Inc. does not collect the donation, payment information, or donor information entered on that page, and a donation does not unlock content or affect gameplay, scores, or World Board placement.

SickKids Foundation controls donation processing, receipts, refund handling, availability, and the terms and privacy practices of its website. Review those terms before donating. The link does not mean that SickKids Foundation developed or operates Doodle Dodge.

Availability and changes

We may fix, change, suspend, or retire game features when reasonably necessary. Online features can occasionally be unavailable. Locally stored or cloud-synchronized progress may be affected by deletion, device changes, service outages, or future compatibility changes.
